Boobook Media is the company of independent Sydney-based producer Ella Millard. 

Ella’s short Girl and Body, written and directed by Charlotte Mars (Gayby Baby, Awake), will screen at the 70th Berlin International Film Festival as part of the Berlinale Shorts Competition. 

Girl and Body premiered at the 2019 Melbourne International Film Festival where it screened in competition as part of the prestigious Accelerator Program. 

Ella is currently in post-production on the latest short film by non-binary writer/director Cloudy Rhodes (Deluge, Sydney Film Festival 2019), and is developing Charlotte’s debut feature Somnio, with support from Screen Australia.
